This is a vintage original from the 1950s, not a contemporary reissue. Made of solid brass, with a black leather-wrapped and stitched handle that looks great and, thanks to its weight and feel, sits nicely in the hand. And by the way, it's also very decorative ;-) We carefully hand-polished the brass. The shoehorn is in good condition, with a nice patina on the brass, the kind that only develops over decades. Marked, see photo. We think this is a rare piece – at least we haven't come across one in 15 years.
