We offer a 14-day return period. You have 14 days from delivery to request a return.

To be eligible, the item must be returned in the same condition as received, unused and with its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Damaged or incorrect items
Please check your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if it arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. We’ll be happy to help.

Exceptions
Custom-made, personalized or specially ordered items cannot be returned.

EU returns
For orders shipped within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving a reason, subject to the conditions above.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
