This sculptural valet clothing stand, model "Kestar", is a definitive icon of 1980s French postmodernism. Designed in 1984 in France by François Scali & Alain Domingo, founders of Groupe Nemo (1982, Paris) for the publisher Tebong Édition, it combines functionality with avant-garde art, featuring clear geometric forms and a graphic, playful aesthetic. Crafted from metal, the valet has a dark-grey charcoal frame, two blue hangers, a bright red vertical rod as hat rack, and a small circular yellow tray (pocket organizer / vide-poche). The arrangement is fully customizable. Three hangers from the “One, Two, Three” series, also by Scali & Domingo, are included. In very good condition, believed unused.
