Tommaso Barbi (born 1944) is an Italian designer and artist known for furniture, lighting and decorative objects of the 1960s and 1970s. His work frequently combines brass, ceramic, wood and glass with stylized organic motifs such as leaves, palms and ginkgo forms. Barbi’s designs bring together Italian modernism, sculptural craftsmanship and the more expressive vocabulary of 1970s interior design.
