Jeppe Hagedorn-Olsen (1929–2011) was a Danish ceramic artist and painter. Trained as a ceramist and at the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts in Copenhagen, he worked with ceramics as a sculptural medium from the 1950s onward. His bowls, dishes and architectural ceramic works are characterized by hand-built forms, expressive glazing and abstract organic decoration.

A pair of decorative, large Scandinavian modern square bowls / plates with wonderful abstract motifs. Designed and manufactured by the Danish ceramic artist Jeppe Hagedorn-Olsen in the 1970s. Both bowls were made of pottery, the have identical sizes (13x11 inches). One bowl can be used additionally as a wall-mounted plaque.
